Refund Policy Statement (except NYS mandated security courses)

Radiant Training & Consulting, LLC/Radiant Training & Consulting School ("Radiant") will provide a full refund of the course fee if a student cancels at any time before the start of the course and does not attend the course. No refund will be provided if the student fails the course for which a course fee was paid by the student.

Full refund will be issued within 60 days of the purchase date, as long as the student has not attended the course. After 60 days of the purchase date, students will receive a school credit valid for up to one (1) year of the purchase date and may be applied to any courses or services offered by Radiant. Students will NOT receive school credit or refunds after one year of the purchase date.

Radiant will refund the course fee to a student using the same method of payment used by the student when the course was purchased or via corporate check upon request if Radiant cancels the course. All course fees paid by the student are non-transferable to another person. Radiant will make every attempt to notify the student in advance if a course is canceled.

Full refunds will be issued if the student cancels before the day of the class. On or after the day of the class, the student will get credit for the full payment or receive 50% of the total payment.

I have read, understood and agree with the terms and conditions of this Refund Policy. I also agree to NOT in any way, shape or form challenge this Refund Policy, including but not limited to filing complaints with any of the organizations with which Radiant is associated and trusted third parties that assist Radiant in operating its website, conducting business, maintaining corporate integrity or servicing the clients.

Refund Policy Statement (NYS-mandated security courses only)

16 Hour OJT Course: Student will be entitled to a 50% refund if the student cancels after the start of instruction, but before the start of the second 8 hour block of instruction. A security guard training school cannot assess any non-refundable fees or deposits.

10% Discount Packages Refund Policy

Radiant will honor refunds for courses that have not been attended by the client, however, full prices for the classes that were attended at the time of the refund request will be discounted from the balance requested by the client.
