Madelene Rodriguez
Her Valiant Fight Against Breast Cancer
On June 8, 2015 we were extremely saddened to announce the passing of the beautiful Madelene Rodriguez, who co-founded Radiant Training & Consulting, LLC. She was a fighter and fought to the very end against breast cancer. Maddy, as she was known to all, was a loving person, a great friend, an inspiration to those who met her, a magnificent colleague to those who worked with her, a giving person to her family, a great step-mom to David and Melanie and to me, she was everything a person would want in a personal and professional relationship. But more importantly, she was an incomparable mother to Ariana. She left us a beautiful gift in Ariana, whom we will treasure forever. We miss you Madelene.
Madelene Rodriguez Radiant Scholarship
We are remembering Maddy with the presentation of the Madelene Rodriguez Radiant Scholarship. This special scholarship will be awarded to women seeking careers in protection management. The scholarship will be raffled on the first Friday of every month to one woman attending the Eight Hour Pre-Assignment Training Course for Security Guards and who pays "out of pocket" (no corporate payment or reimbursement). The Scholarship will allow the recipient the opportunity to attend all the courses offered at Radiant Training free of charge for one year, totaling over $2,300.00 (except the Eight Hour Pre-Assignment Training Course for Security Guards).
